Return & Refund Policy
Refund/Replacement without return service
MyyShop guarantees you to get a replacement or 100% refund without returning items if the order could meet following conditions:

1. Order amount ≤ $15 (Shipping cost included);

2. Within 14 days after package delivered successfully;

3. For each account, only 5% of orders could apply this service;

4. Received the item well, but not satisfied with it.

When the order meet all of conditions above then you are allowed to get 100% refund or exchange without returning items within 5% of your total orders quantity. For the rest of orders which are over credit limit of 5% of total orders quantity or for those value that are more than $15 will need to apply for the normal process of dispute orders.

Time Frame

Within 5/7/10 -120 days after seller sent out the package, or within 30 days after the package has been delivered.

DHL/UPS/TNT/FedEx -- 5 days

EMS/SF --- 7 days

Post Mail --- 10 days

*For broken item or below product categories, time frame is applicable to within 7days after package delivered.List of product categories.

7)Short supply of the items after placing orders

The Terms and the possible resolutions for different dispute reasons:
1.Item not as Described/Wrong Item/Quality Issue

Term:Within 5/7/10-120 days after seller sent out the package, or within 30 days after the package has been delivered.

Possible Resolution:

1)Return for replace the correct/qualified items;

2)Return for refund on the incorrect/unqualified items;

3)Negotiate with suppliers to reach other agreement.

2.Missing Quantity

Term:Within 5/7/10-120 days after seller sent out the package, or within 30 days after the package has been delivered.

Possible Resolution:

1)Supplier ships the rest of missing components;

2)Resend the complete items;

3)Return for refund on insufficient items;

4)Negotiate with suppliers to reach other agreement.

3.Broken Item

Term:Within 7 days after the package has been delivered successfully.

Possible Resolution:

1)Return for replace the correct/qualified items;

2)Return for refund on the incorrect/unqualified items;

3)Negotiate with suppliers to reach other agreement.

4.Item not Received

Term:

1)There is the tracking information with the tracking number: the dispute could be opened once it is over promised delivered date;

2)No tracking information with the tracking number: the dispute could be opened in 5/7/10 days after seller uploads tracking number in system

Possible Resolution:

1)Replacement;

2)Full refund;

3)Negotiate with suppliers to reach other agreement.

5.Short supply of the items after placing orders

Term:

1)Before shipment: request refund any time;

2)After shipment: the dispute could be opened in 5/7/10 days after seller uploads tracking number in system

Possible solutions:

1)Give supplier more time to dispatch items;

2)Full refund;

3)Negotiate with suppliers to reach other agreement.
